King Island Beef
King Island beef is world renowned for being consistently succulent, tender & full of flavour. Cattle graze all year round on natural pastures that are free of genetic modifications and chemical residues. Cape Grim
Cape Grim is located on the north west corner of Tasmania. Cape Grim boasts a monitoring station that reputedly captures the worlds purest air. Cape Grim Angus is only grass fed with strict MSA grading. The beefs distinctive natural marbling and flavour guarantees tenderness and eating quality every time. Marble score 2+ |

Tajima
Tajima is the most famous of all Wagyu blood lines. Selected Holstein females are inseminated with selected full blood Tajima Wagyu sires. The calves are fed a Japanese designed ration for a minimum of 500 days. Tajima Wagyu beef is produced under the Japanese food safety program JASS providing full traceability. |

Grainge - Grain fed Angus Beef
Produced from Black Angus grain fed cattle in Western Australia the carcasses are processed at 20-22 months. Grainge Beef is MSA traced, has selective breeding and stringent chiller carcass assessment. Minimum 150 days grain fed then wet aged for a further 21 days. Marble score of 3+.
