WOW! What a night!!! Thank you all so much for making the night of the nineteenth anniversary of my twenty first birthday an absolute success!

It all started off with you Angela being such a delight to deal with and making sure that everything was as it should be, so thank you for getting things off very much on the right foot.

Then, upon arrival the room looked fantastic and provided the perfect atmosphere for a party space – a number of our guests commented on what a lovely room the Conservatorium is and how they would never have thought of PJs prior to that night. I am glad to report that their opinions have done a 180 degree turn, especially due to the magnificent job that your team then delivered.

The staff were so obliging, nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to interact with our guests and fulfill any unusual requests (of which there weren't too many). The food itself was sensational, which when you have a room full of hospitality/food buffs is a major concern – but everyone commented on the food and in particular the Fish & Chips 'Boxes'. No one could believe how such a "simple and regular" dish could be so incredibly good. So please pass on our thanks to the kitchen team.

Kate and Simon were very organised and a great help throughout the night, as were each and every one of the staff from those that served food to the legends behind the bar who created some amazing cocktails and shots to wow the crowd. So again, if you would please be kind enough to pass on our sincere thanks to everyone that was on, on the night it would be much appreciated.

In summary, we all had an absolutely brilliant night that will go down in the Kennett History Books as a HUGE success and this was due to the efforts of your great team and the fabulous culture that you have a the pub – one that I very much feel a part of.

I would like to say thank you to you and your staff for hosting Michael's 40th Birthday on the 30/07.

It was a great night and everyone had such a good time.

Please thank your staff for looking after us and being so accommodating with all my requests.

The food was excellent and the venue was fantastic.
